Q) Do you ship internationally?

Q) When will I get my stuff?
A) Moto Life Products currently ships from vendors which have warehouses located all around the US. We will ship from a warehouse closest to the buyer location to ensure a fast delivery for our customers. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days post shipment unless stated otherwise. Processing orders takes around 24 hours in which you will find valid tracking information sent to you via email.
Q) When will you charge my credit card?
A) When you place an order, an authorization is put on your card for the amount of your order. Your credit card will be charged within 24-48 hours after your order is placed (depending on your banking institution).
Q) Is my credit card information safe if I place an order online?
A) Absolutely! Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.
Q) How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A) All items on our store are in stock. Our store automatically update to the stock of our inventory.
Q) What if my item doesn't fit?
A) All new and unused items are available for return. If you bought an item intended for your bike and it does not fit you will be able to ask for a return up to 30 days post arrival.
